Is Heaven then a Prison?

重く鳴る鐘になぜか尋ねると？
「いま魂が天国に行ったところ」
寂しげな調子の答えが返った―
天国って牢獄みたいなところ？

That Bells should ring till all should know

A Soul had gone to Heaven

Would seem to me – the more the way

A Good News should be given –

鐘はたのしく鳴り響けばいい
魂が天国に召されましたよと
それがふさわしい―と考えます
