As Frost is best conceived

By force of it’s Result –

Affliction is inferred

By subsequent effect –

霜は最もよく想像される

結果となった力によって―

苦悩は相応に推察される

If when the sun reveal,

The Garden keep the Gash –

If as the Days resume

The wilted countenance

もし太陽が傷を暴いても，

花園が深傷を治さないと―

しなびてしまった容貌が

Cannot correct the crease

Or counteract the stain –

Presumption is Vitality

Was somewhere put in twain –

皺を伸ばすことも出来ず
