I can wade Grief -

Whole Pools of it -

I'm used to that -

But the least push of Joy

 

悲しみの海を渡れます 
悲しみでいっぱいの海 
私は慣れているのです 
けれど喜びの一押しで

Breaks up my feet -

And I tip - drunken -

Let no Pebble - smile -

'Twas the New Liquor -

足が砕けてしまいます 
酔っぱらってころりと 
小石に笑われてしまう
私に喜びは初めての酒 

That was all!

Power is only Pain -

Stranded - thro' Discipline,

Till Weights - will hang -

たったそれだけのこと
力は苦痛に過ぎません 
試練で立ち往生した上
重荷がのしかかります 

Give Balm - to Giants -

And they'll wilt, like Men -

Give Himmaleh -

They'll carry - Him!

 

巨人に香油を塗ったら 
人のように力を失くす 
ヒマラヤを渡してご覧 
ヒマラヤを運ぶはず
