Of Might to help, so pitiful

To sink, if We had labored,  fond

The diligence were not more blind

とても乏しい際立って貧弱で

助けの力がとても痛ましく沈み

私達が苦心したとしても情け深い勤勉も

これ以上盲目ではなかっただろう

How scant, by everlasting Light

The Discs that satisfied our sight –

How dimmer than a Saturn’s Bar

The Things esteemed, for Things that are!

とても乏しい永遠の光で照らすと

私達の目を満足させた円盤も

土星の環よりなんとかすかか

重んじられたものは現に存在するから
